TORONTO, Feb. 12, 2013 /CNW/ - DELISTING REVIEW  Swisher Hygiene Inc. (the "Company") - Further to TSX Bulletin 2012-1093 dated October 10, 2012, TSX has determined to delist the Common Shares (Symbol: SWI) of the Company at the close of market on March 11, 2013 for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of TSX.
