NorCal Logistics Center Rebrands and Hires New Brokerage Team From Jones Lang
LaSalle to Manage Project Leasing & Sales

STOCKTON, Calif., Feb. 11, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tom Schaal of Schaal
Realty Advisors LLC announced today that one of Northern California's largest
industrial parks has rebranded as NorCal Logistics Center and has hired a new
and veteran team of industrial and logistics specialists from Jones Lang
LaSalle to manage project leasing and sales.

NorCal Logistics Center (NCLC) is a large-format industrial development of 474
acres with potential for 8.2 million square feet of logistics facilities,
distribution space and multi-tenant buildings planned on a build-to-suit and
speculative basis. The site is master planned to be one of the largest and
most efficient industrial distribution campuses of related uses in the Western
United States. Approximately 1.8 million square feet of industrial product has
been developed to date, all of which was built before the recession.

NorCal Logistics Center is located along Highway 99 off of Arch Road with
convenient access to Interstate 5 (south of the City of Stockton). The
industrial development has numerous features that appeal to potential
occupiers in the business park, including status as an Enterprise Zone, a
Foreign Trade Zone, a Certified STAA Route (which accommodates the largest
trucks serving today's transportation market) and close proximity to rail and
marine cargo distribution modules -- BNSF Rail and the Port of Stockton,
respectively.

The new brokerage team from Jones Lang LaSalle is comprised of Kevin Ahaesy
(Senior Vice President, Walnut Creek), Bill Niethammer (Managing Director for
the region, based in Sacramento), Bob Taylor (Executive Vice President,
Stockton), Jason Ovadia (Senior Vice President, Walnut Creek) and Mike
Zimmerman (Vice President, Sacramento).

In recent years, JLL's Northern California industrial team has completed more
than 8 million square feet of leases, plus 29 million square feet in building
sales and sold over 3.2 million acres of land.

"NorCal Logistics Center is one of the few projects in the region that
features deliverable and entitled land with infrastructure in place that is
ready for build-to-suit development. Additionally, subdivision maps are being
processed to accommodate greater lot-line flexibility by mid-2013," said Tom
Schaal.

Existing occupants in the park include Tesco, General Mills and Fox
Motorsports.

Schaal Realty Advisors represents the owner's sponsor, Minnesota-based
Founders Properties, and manages the development of the logistics and
distribution center. Since the third quarter last year, Schaal has managed the
rebranding of the park with a new name, logo and website
(www.norcallogisticscenter.com), initiated the new subdivision map and
entitlement process and participated in the selection of the new brokerage
team. Arch Road LP owns the property debt free.

The business park was formerly called Opus Logistics Center.

Headquartered in Minneapolis, Founders Properties is a privately held company
formed by two highly regarded industry veterans, Best Buy Founder Richard M.
Schulze and Opus Founder Gerald Rauenhorst.
