Newsmakers Committee will host former American International Group, Inc. (AIG)
CEO Maurice R. "Hank" Greenberg at a Newsmaker forum in the Club's Zenger Room

Greenberg will discuss his experiences as a long-time CEO of two of the
world's top insurance companies and will offer perspectives regarding what the
modern investor and shareholder can expect in the current financial legal and
regulatory climate. As Chairman and CEO of C.V. Starr & Co., he has grown the
insurance giant into a multi-billion dollar company. A long-time political
and Wall Street force, Greenberg retired as Chairman and CEO of American
International Group, Inc. (AIG) in March 2005, after serving as Chief
Executive Officer since 1967. Under his leadership, AIG became the largest
insurance company in the world, growing to over $180 billion.
