as co-executive producer, Amy Chiaro has been upped to an executive producer
of the Emmy^® Award-winning The Dr. Oz Show. Ms. Chiaro will continue to
serve alongside executive producer Mindy Borman, with whom she launched the
show in 2009. The Dr. Oz Show, produced  by ZoCo Productions, Harpo Studios
and Sony Pictures Television, continues to hold rank as the highest rated
daytime talk show premiere since 2002.

weekend morning show.

A 13-year NBC News veteran, Ms. Chiaro was recognized by TV Week magazine's
2009 hot list of "Leaders Under the Age of 35." She began her career in news
at NBC as a researcher and quickly rose through the ranks to domestic and
foreign news editor, followed by senior editor. She then served in the NBC
News northeast bureau as associate producer, covering breaking news for
Nightly News, Today and MSNBC.

A graduate of Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, Ms. Chiaro began her career
working at numerous local news and radio stations.
