Steve Mueller, CEO of Southwestern Energy, addressed oil and gas industry
leaders at the NAPE Expo Business Conference being held in Houston, Texas, at

Steve Mueller, CEO of Southwestern Energy, addressed oil and gas industry
leaders at the NAPE Expo Business Conference being held in Houston, Texas, at
the George R. Brown Convention Center. As the energy sector continues to see
positive growth through the use of new technology, Mueller emphasized the
importance of communication efforts to ensure stronger understanding of the
industry's role as community partners and environmental stewards.

Later in the day, Alaska Department of Natural Resources Commissioner Dan
Sullivan provided conference attendees with information on oil and gas
opportunities in Alaska. Sullivan also served as the Alaska Attorney General,
the U.S. assistant secretary of state for economic, energy and business
affairs, and on the White House National Security Council staff. This year
marks the 20th anniversary for NAPE Expo, which provides a forum for prospects
and producing properties, capital formation, services and technologies to
build alliances and business opportunity for E & P (upstream). The Expo, which
brings $18 million annually to the Houston economy, is expecting nearly 20,000
attendees through its final day on Friday.
