Charles Schwab Corporation. The review, which was handled by Russel Wohlwerth
of External View Consulting Group, ran over several months and initially
involved over 20 firms. The incumbent, Havas (formerly Euro), will continue to
support the Active Trader and optionsXpress portions of the business.
