The office will be headed by Ben Cagle, Executive Vice President and Managing
Partner in OSG’s Consulting Division.

solution. While at Oversight Systems, Mr. Cagle oversaw strategy, sales,
marketing, business development and corporate development, leading the firm to
record growth by initiating and maintaining relationships with leading
companies such as Coca-Cola, BP, Sony, Pfizer, and SAP. Mr. Cagle has also
served as Senior Vice President, U.S. Operations, Enterprise Strategy and
Marketing, for PRG-Schultz, was Managing Principal, Client Acquisition, for
the Zyman Group, and was a Partner with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC
Consulting).

The opening of OSG's Atlanta office is preceded by new offices in Chicago,
California and New York, in addition to OSG’s headquarters in Philadelphia.
