announced that it will report financial results for the fourth quarter and
full year ended December 31, 2012 on Thursday, February 21, 2013 after the
close of market at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time / 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
David Hagan, Boingo Wireless' CEO and Peter Hovenier, Boingo Wireless' CFO,
will host a conference call to discuss the 2012 fourth quarter and full year
