appointment of Sandra Wallach to Chief Financial Officer, UBM Tech and Angela
Scalpello to Senior Vice President of the company's People and Culture

Sandra Wallach is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of
multi-faceted experience, bringing the right balance of controllership,
insightful analysis, business partnership and technology market experience to
enable growth and profitability at UBM Tech. Prior to UBM Tech, Wallach was
Vice President of Finance with MiaSole, a start-up in the solar energy space,
and prior to that she was a Vice President of Finance at Juniper Networks.
Wallach has also served in finance roles at General Electric and Intuit.
Angela Scalpello joins UBM Tech as Senior Vice President of People & Culture,
the company's Human Resources department. Most recently, Scalpello was with
UBM Tech's sister company, PR Newswire, the leading global provider of
marketing and communications solutions. At UBM Tech, she will be responsible
for setting and implementing Human Resource strategy that supports the
company's overall business objectives which encompasses the hiring, training
and development of employees worldwide and creating an environment and
programs that develop and motivate employees. In previous roles, Scalpello was
Chief People Officer at Ogilvy PR, worked at Ogilvy & Mather Advertising as
well as at a large metropolitan hospital.
