annual customer conference, to be hosted in Atlanta on April 28-30. ACL

Product Innovation Sessions
ACL product leaders, Dan Zitting, Vice President of Product Development &
Design and Keith Cerny, Vice President of Research & Development, will provide
deep insight into ACL's product development roadmap in a session titled,
"Transforming Audit: ACL's Vision for Integrated, High-Impact Risk Assurance."
Product announcements will include the unveiling of a cloud-based, data-driven
GRC solution featuring risk assessment, project management and a results

offering. In afternoon hands-on sessions, attendees will have the opportunity

keynote address on the topic of anti-corruption legislation and Bob Rudloff,
Vice President, Internal Audit of MGM Resorts International will provide
insight on the transformation of Internal Audit into an integral business
function during the closing-day keynote address. The program will also include
