In accordance  with  LR  9.6.14R   The Weir  Group  PLC  hereby  notifies  the 
following change in  the information  set out  in Listing  Rule 9.6.13R(1)  in 
respect of Richard Menell.   Richard Menell was  appointed as a  Non-Executive 
Director of Rockwell Diamonds Inc. with effect from 9 January 2013.
