    Experienced wind energy finance executive joins the Westerly Wind Team

BRAINTREE, Mass. -- February 1, 2013

Westerly Wind LLC (Westerly), a provider of development capital and expertise
to the wind industry, announced that it has hired Steve Schauer to the
position of President.

Mr. Schauer has over 22 years of energy finance experience, serving most
recently as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of First Wind
Holdings. Over his career, Mr. Schauer has raised over $7 billion of capital
for wind energy projects. Prior to joining First Wind, Mr. Schauer served as
Executive Director of solar development and as Assistant Treasurer for NextEra
Energy. Prior to joining NextEra, Mr. Schauer was Director of Origination,
Energy & Shipping Group for BTM Capital and also worked for 10 years for Bank
of America as a Senior Relationship Manager in the Energy & Utilities Division
in Boston.
