Dell Selects Fidelity® to Service 401(k) Plan

Fidelity Investments^® announced today that Dell (NASDAQ: DELL) selected the
company as the provider of its defined contribution plan. As of January 8,
Fidelity became Dell’s new recordkeeping service provider of its 401(k) plan
with approximately 50,000 participants and $3.4 billion in assets under

Fidelity to Offer Comprehensive Guidance from Enrollment to Retirement
Fidelity’s participant experience, Plan for Life, offers comprehensive
guidance programs that provide support and education to help employees
throughout their careers and into retirement, from enrolling to creating a
paycheck in retirement.
Fidelity will provide guidance support online, over the phone and through
on-demand webinars, which are available through the company’s comprehensive
online tools. Dell’s participants also have access to Fidelity’s 180 investor
centers nationwide. Fidelity’s retirement participant portal, NetBenefits^®,
is also available to help with guidance questions and may be accessed both
online and through the company’s mobile apps over smartphones.
