Following exclusive negotiations with Veolia Environnement regarding the
creation of its new headquarters, Icade (Paris:ICAD) will be the owner of the
future real-estate complex: an off-plan lease was signed on January 31, 2013,
for the construction of 45,000 sq. m at the Le Millénaire business park in
Porte d’Aubervilliers, grouping all of Veolia Environnement’s historic sites.

Veolia Environnement’s new headquarters, which are due to be delivered in
mid-2016, will house more than 2000 people.

The building, designed by architect Dietmar Feichtinger and developed by
Icade, will comply with the highest sustainable development standards and will
be HQE^®  and BREEAM^® certified.

of metro line 12 and launch of the T3 tramway), the recent opening of the‘Le
Millénaire’ shopping center and the decision by the French Ministry of Justice
to relocate some of its departments there (33,000 sq. m currently under
construction), Veolia Environnement’s decision confirms the development of the
Le Millénaire district,” emphasizes Serge Grzybowski.
