BOCA RATON, Fla., Feb. 1, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SBA Communications
Corporation (Nasdaq:SBAC) ("SBA") announced today that on February 1, 2013 SBA
provided notice to the trustee and holders of its 1.875% Convertible Senior
Notes due 2013 (the "1.875% Notes") that it had elected to settle 100% of its
conversion obligation pursuant to the Indenture governing the 1.875% Notes in
cash, effective February 4, 2013.
