TORONTO, Feb. 1, 2013 /CNW/ - For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency rules, the Company announces that as at January 31, 2013 the total number of common shares in issue is 102,518,320 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

The Company has 20,560 common shares held in treasury. The total of 102,497,760 common shares may therefore be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
