Foncière des Régions office developments appeal to users
Successful lease programmes in Lyon-Villeurbanne and Metz
Foncière des Régions is finalising letting operations for the Patio in
Lyon-Villeurbanne and has signed a lease with Banque Populaire Lorraine
Champagne for the Le Divo building in Metz. The major advantages inherent to
both projects, including strategic location, products conforming to extensive
environmental requirements and quality of customer care and services are
highly appealing to customers.
Le Patio: Fully pre-let
Foncière des Régions signed three new lease agreements with a large French
Group and two of its subsidiaries for a total surface area of 4,232 sq. m in
the Le Patio building in Lyon-Villeurbanne.
Average rental office income of these new leases amounts to EUR185/sq. m/year,
with an average lease term of over five years.
Foncière des Régions signed leases with three companies in November 2012,
Opteven, Hankook and PagesJaunes for the Patio building, and subsequently
finalised marketing activities by letting additional space to Opteven and
BNP Paribas, DTZ and Jones Lang LaSalle worked as consultants for this
Le Patio, a 12,755 sq. m offices and services building ready for delivery in
mid-February, has undergone extensive redevelopment, which has already
resulted in the award of HEQ Renovation and BREEAM certification for the
planning and design phases. It will also be BBC Renovation certified. In
addition to office space, the future tenants will enjoy archive facilities,
parking bays, and access to the shared staff canteen & cafeteria.
Le Divo: A successful renewal
Foncière des Régions has leased 2,527 sq. m of space in the Le Divo in Metz to
the Banque Populaire Lorraine Champagne (BPLC). The transaction, covering 50%
of the area of the building, is being leased for EUR185/sq. m/year.
Discussions for letting outstanding available space are well under way.
Le Divo, an October 2012 delivery, features 5,139 sq. m of offices on seven
floors, with two parking levels. BPLC will take up floors 4 to 7, with
Foncière des Régions staff occupying space in the first two levels of the
building since November.
Le Divo is ideally situated at the foot of the Centre Pompidou - Metz and the
TGV station. The building offers high quality work areas and its economic and
intelligent management systems have earned it HQE certification and the BBC
low energy consumption label.
