 ‘Global Top Ten’ Creative Director completes the agency’s senior line up in

LONDON -- January 31, 2013

Isobar, the 36-country strong global digital marketing network of Aegis Media,
has appointed Nick Bailey as Executive Creative Director of its UK office glue
Isobar. This major appointment for the agency comes after a six-month
international hunt for the new head of the creative department. Bailey joins
from AKQA where he has been ECD for the past four years. He will oversee the
entire creative output in the UK office and report to UK Chief Executive
Officer Penny Herriman.

Since 1998, Bailey has built an international reputation as a strategic
creative leader, having produced countless globally recognized, digitally
driven brand campaigns. He was behind one of the most awarded pieces of work
in the history of digital marketing: Heineken Star Player and was recently
named aTop Ten Creative Mindby Adweek. Bailey has won every major
international award, including: Gold Cannes Lion, Eurobest Grand Prix, Clio
Gold, Campaign Big, D&AD Pencil, IAB Grand Prix, LIA Awards, and One Show.

His appointment completes the UK executive line-up at glue Isobar that also
includes: Patricia McDonald - Chief Strategy Officer, Rick Williams - Chief
Technology Officer, and Penny Herriman - Chief Executive Officer.

Nick has been in the digital industry for 15 years: the last four as ECD at
AKQA, working in both Amsterdam and London. During this time, he led the
creative department in The Netherlands and oversaw the winning pitches for
Johnnie Walker, Philips, EA Sports, Tommy Hilfiger, and MINI. These successes
grew the Amsterdam business five-fold.From 2004 to 2008 Nick was at AKQA
London as the creative lead on Nike, where he delivered multiple award-winning
projects including: Run London, Nike Supersonic, Nike Photo iD, Nike Bootcamp,
and Nike Live.

Prior to AKQA Nick was at Oyster Partners (now LBi) working on Mercedes Benz,
HBOS, Vodafone, Abbey (Santander), Debenhams, and BT. His work ranged from
display advertising, campaign sites, brand platforms to e-commerce, CRM, and
editorial. He holds a BA (Hons) Degree from Goldsmiths College, London.
