A recent review of GBCI's LEED Professional Directory shows JLL with 1257
credentialed professionals, exceeding the second-highest ranking firm by more
than 150 professionals. GBCI maintains the directory and administers LEED
accreditation exams on behalf of the U.S. Green Building Council, which
developed and updates criteria for LEED building certification and
"LEED accreditation is one of the best ways for real estate professionals to
demonstrate strong knowledge of sustainability, whether they are facility
managers, leasing agents, project managers or workplace strategy consultants,"
