In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules provision
5.6.1R, Communisis advises the market of the following:


That, as at 31 January 2013, the Company's issued share capital consisted
of 141,047,775 ordinary shares each with voting rights, and as at 31 January
2013 no shares are held in treasury by the Company.

The total number of voting rights in Communisis plc is therefore 141,047,775 
(the "Voting Rights Figure").


The Voting Rights Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
voting rights interest, or a change to that interest, in the Company under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
