EV Energy Partners Announces Quarterly Cash Distribution

HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 01/31/13 -- EV Energy Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: EVEP) today announced a cash distribution attributable to the fourth quarter of 2012 of $0.767 per unit for all of its outstanding units. The distribution will be payable on February 14, 2013, to unit holders of record at the close of business on February 11, 2013.
