Pillar Capital Announces Senior Management Change
HAMILTON, Bermuda -- January 31, 2013
Pillar Capital Holdings Limited (“Pillar” or the “Company”), a Bermuda-based
insurance asset manager focused on collateralized reinsurance and catastrophe
insurance-linked securities, announced today that Chris McKeown, Chief
Executive Officer, has left the Company under mutual agreement effective
January 31, 2013.
Phil Lotz, Executive Chairman of Pillar, will assume operational management
responsibilities. The senior management team, who has worked together since
inception, will continue to execute on Pillar’s previously announced plans for
strategic growth. Specifically, the Company is focused on expanding its
marketing function and back office capabilities with the support of Pillar’s
shareholders and strategic partners.
