Paybefore has chosen U.S. Bank’s Contour Campus Card as a 2013 Paybefore
Awards winner in the “Most Effective Solution” category. Paybefore Awards, now
in its seventh year, recognizes excellence in the worldwide prepaid and
emerging payments industry.

U.S. Bank’s Contour Campus Prepaid Card combines a school’s student ID with a
feature-rich Debit MasterCard^®. Schools can electronically deposit funds to
the card – saving approximately $3 per load versus issuing checks. U.S. Bank
provides students with same day availability.

Parents and students can load funds online, and students can add cash via the
MasterCard rePower Load Network or at U.S. Bank branches. Students can use
their Contour Campus Card to make purchases anywhere Debit MasterCard is
accepted and to make cash withdrawals at any U.S. Bank or MoneyPass ATM for
free. Contour Campus also provides students and their parents access to
account information online, through the toll-free customer service call
center, and a Contour Campus Card mobile app for Apple and Android.

“This is a prestigious honor in the prepaid space and we are thrilled to be
recognized in this category,” said Kevin Morrison, senior vice president at
U.S. Bank. “The Contour Campus Card is a general purpose reloadable card that
helps fill a need for parents and students in managing the financial aspects
of college.”

Contour Campus Card was selected by a panel of five industry experts who
served as judges for this year’s competition, which — once again — included a
record number of entries from around the world.

“Paybefore Awards were created to honor the companies and individuals that are
at the forefront of innovation as well as successful market implementation
across the globe,” said Loraine DeBonis, Paybefore editor-in-chief and chair
of the judging panel. “It’s a dynamic time in electronic payments as companies
like U.S. Bank continue to innovate to solve payments problems. We are proud
to recognize its contributions to advancing the prepaid and emerging payments
industry.”

“As the world changes, so do the payment and money management needs of
individuals, businesses and government agencies,” added Marilyn Bochicchio,
Paybefore’s CEO. “Paybefore Awards recognizes the organizations that use
financial services to make people’s lives better, which is why it is so
exciting for us to honor those who champion innovation and excellence.”

Contour Campus Card now will vie for Best-in-Category distinction, which will
be announced during the Paybefore Awards ceremony on March 4 at the Prepaid
Expo (www.prepaidexpousa.com). For the first time in Paybefore Awards history,
visitors to Paybefore.com will have a chance to vote on Best-in-Category. The
outcome of this vote (counted as one-sixth of the total) will be combined with
the five judges’ picks to determine Best- in-Category honorees.
