Bazaarvoice, Inc. Names Cedric Pech as General Manager of EMEA

AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 30, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bazaarvoice, Inc.
(Nasdaq:BV), a leading social and e-commerce software company, today announced
that Cedric Pech has joined the company as General Manager of Europe, Middle
East and Africa (EMEA).

Pech brings more than 16 years of Pan-European sales experience to the
Bazaarvoice leadership team and will play a key role in expanding
Bazaarvoice's presence across Europe and beyond. He joins Bazaarvoice from
BMC Software, where he served as Vice President of Southern Europe and led the
expansion of European sales channels for BMC Software's enterprise systems

Bazaarvoice in 2010, was Senior Vice President and Worldwide Head of Customer
Solutions at Endeca Technologies, where he helped create a global presence for
the company. Before joining Endeca Technologies in 2006, Riggs spent more
than five years at Business Objects, where he was Vice President of Global
Services, first, for North America, and, then, for Europe, Middle East, and
Africa. Riggs has also held leadership positions with Cambridge Technology
Partners.
