HOUSTON, Jan. 30, 2013

HOUSTON, Jan. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Carriage Services, Inc. (NYSE:CSV)
today announced that its Board of Directors on January 29, 2013 declared the
quarterly dividend of 2.5¢ per share payable on March 1, 2013 to common share
record holders as of February 13, 2013. The Company also has a dividend
reinvestment program that is available so that shareholders may elect to
reinvest their dividends into additional shares of the Company's common stock.
