(ZAAP) an automotive company headquartered in Santa Rosa, California,
confirmed Dr. Priscilla Lu as Chairman of the Board and the appointment of
Wang Huai Yi, Founder and Chairman of Jonway Group, and founder of Jonway Auto
as director on the board of ZAP, replacing Alex Wang who resigned as director
on the board of ZAP upon the appointment of Wang Huai Yi as his replacement. 
This was done at a board meeting held on January 20^th, 2013 in China.
