institutions, announced that it has accepted an offer from Davis &
Henderson (D+H), a leading provider to the financial services
industry and ranked thirty-fifth on the 2012 FinTech 100 list, to
purchase the remainder of the company's outstanding shares. Terms of
the investment were not disclosed.
