technology company, today announced that Mr. Stanton Ross has joined
its Board of Directors and Mr. Dick Wingate has joined the Company as
a senior consultant.

industry veteran, he has held executive positions with major record
labels, including Columbia Records, Epic Records, PolyGram Records
and Arista Records, and has worked with legendary artists such as

Sarah McLachlan, to name a few. He was a principal in groundbreaking
digital music service provider Liquid Audio, helping to take the
