SAN DIEGO -- January 29, 2013

$1B Vitzro Group subsidiary IUS Technologies is excited to announce the
initial U.S. test results of its smart series sensors. Late in 2011 IUS
combined forces with American Electric Power (AEP) to assess the accuracy of
its end-of-line smart sensors - the VS1000 and VS3000. AEP serves an 11-state
area and over five million customers, providing IUS with a wide market sample.

The distribution automation technology of these sensors has been vital in
creating a stable South Korean electric system that has tremendous resilience,
up time, and smart rerouting. IUS Technologies says the result of their
testing with AEP means that this technology onshores in North America
extremely well, and can indeed be a major benefit to large US utilities,
municipalities and co-ops. The company plans to begin manufacturing
immediately in their Alpharetta, Georgia, location.

IUS executive Scott Zajkowski says, “We are excited with the positive test
outcomes, demonstrating that our devices have exceeded industry expectations.
They are market-ready and clearly at the forefront of smart grid technology.”
Initial testing confirms the VS3000 is efficient to a level of 0.3 percent
accuracy, outperforming similar devices on the market and at a lower cost per
unit for acquisition.

IUS Technologies focuses on using reliable distribution automation and it is
poised to bridge the gap that U.S. utilities face in bringing the grid to an
effective and reliable stature. With a 50-year plus history of innovations in
South Korea, which is known to have one of the most reliable grids worldwide
despite the threat of tsunamis and a mountainous terrain, IUS is advancing
with specialized products like its VS series sensors. The sensors allow
utilities to monitor and drop voltage levels across the grid, significantly
increasing capacity, and allowing electric utilities to sell off the excess
power to other utilities, municipalities or co-ops at the market rate. The net
effect is creating a significant revenue stream for utilities and allowing
capacity to meet the rising demand without costly infrastructure investments.
It makes a win-win situation for both utilities and consumers.

IUS Technologies will demonstrate the VS series at the 2013 DistribuTECH
conference Jan. 29-31 at the San Diego Convention Center, in booth 1550. To
