Merging in of Gradient Vision Adds Consulting Expertise for Dynamics CRM,
SharePoint and Office 365

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) consulting practice by merging in
Gradient Vision, a consulting services company specializing in Dynamics CRM

other providers. Details of the transaction, which was completed earlier this
month, are undisclosed.
Joining Armanino is Gradient Vision Founder Rajya Bhaiya, an industry thought
leader and co-author of a popular series of books on Microsoft CRM entitled
"Microsoft Dynamics CRM Unleashed" and "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Integration
Unleashed." Bhaiya is a recognized expert on collaboration, client portals,
intranet/extranet networks, workflow and document management.

The transaction made sense because of close alignment between Armanino and
Gradient Vision, says Tom Mescall, partner-in-charge of Armanino's consulting
practice. "Our client bases are very complimentary and Gradient Vision has
resources and relationships that strengthen our own CRM practice."
The addition of SharePoint expertise augments the Armanino product line,
Mescall adds. "SharePoint is a great technology for businesses that have

cumbersome processes that inhibit productivity and extends collaboration
between employees, supply chains and sales channels."
Microsoft SharePoint is scalable and easily integrated into back and front end
