Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, to discuss its
financial results for the first quarter ended December 31, 2012. The
Company's results for the quarter will be released the morning of
February 5th.  
Mr. Barry Gilbert, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IEC
