In May 2012, Art's Way Manufacturing, Co. Inc. completed the acquisition of
assets from Universal Harvester Co., Inc. forming a wholly-owned subsidiary,
Universal Harvester by Art's Way Manufacturing, Co., strengthening Art's Way's
agricultural product offerings and leaving all key Universal Harvester Co.
management in place serving existing and new customers.
