solution to ensure compliance in Food Safety, Quality Systems, Internal

AchieverPlus was chosen to deliver their integrated business management
software solution to ensure quality and safety across PepsiCo Simba.
With the AchieverPlus Incidents and Accidents module, PepsiCo Simba have many
levels of categorisation of incidents capture, as well as the ability to
record details descriptions as to the nature and root causes of the incidents.
Non conformances can also be referenced against included ISO clauses, either
in terms of food safety or quality.
In terms of auditing, AchieverPlus allows safety inspections and audits to be
created, resources allocated, scheduled and viewed in the integrated calendar.
All personnel involved in the safety inspections are automatically notified
when the inspection becomes due, and at other important stages of the
lifecycle of an inspection. In addition, escalations and alerts can be created
to ensure important dates and milestones are not missed.Risk assessment /
metrics are included as part of audit programmes' scheduling.
To ensure compliance, the AchieverPlus Training and Skills module provides
PepsiCo Simba with the necessary control system for managing training
requirements. The escalation and notification for annual or recurrent training
programmes is provided either via a report view or search function provided
within the system. Training and skills requirements can also be associated
with job descriptions so that new employees are automatically directed to
undertake required training.

business rules to create a fully functional application. As records progress
through their workflows, key personnel involved in the process are kept
