Ms. Keane serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Altria, where she leads the company’s Law Department and the Corporate Secretary’s office. She also serves on the American Bar Association’s Commission for Women in the Profession. Ms. Kelly serves as Co-Managing Partner of DLA Piper (Americas), where her responsibilities range from managing the firm’s Corporate Governance practice to its White Collar Crime Investigations group. She also teaches at Stanford Law School and serves as editor of Corporate Counsel’s Project 5/165, designed to increase the number of women General Counsel in Fortune 500 companies.
