appointment of Andrew White, an IT Operations Management and cloud 
thought-leader, as the company's new Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing

Mr. White, a noted expert in IT Operations Management, is renowned for 
ground-breaking cloud based IT management product and marketing strategies 
throughout America, EMEA and APAC. 
Andy White has a proven track record of driving product and marketing 
strategies that are highly tuned to the challenges organizations are facing in 
the new era of cloud, mobile and virtual IT.  He arrives at EasyVista from BMC 
Software (NASDAQ:  BMC), where he most recently served as Area Vice President 
of Marketing.  White joined BMC Software through its acquisition of Numara 
Software, a global leader in service, asset, and mobile device management for 
IT professionals, where he served as the company's Vice President of Marketing 
based in North America and prior to this role, Commercial Vice President of 
EMEA and APAC based in London.
