chief executive of the company. The appointment follows the retirement of
interim CEO, Colin Hook, who will continue to serve as a non-executive
director of the board.

Andrew Peters, previously CEO of Telefonica UK and Deutsche Telekom Ltd, takes
the helm as Pole Star embarks on an ambitious strategy to launch new services,
expand into new regions and release major enhancements to its existing
products.
