Charles Dallara, currently Managing Director of the IIF, to join Partners
Group

Partners Group, the global private markets investment manager, is pleased to
announce that Charles Dallara, currently Managing Director of the Institute of
International Finance (IIF), will join the firm as a Partner, based in the
United States, and will further assume the role of Chairman of the Americas.
In addition, the board of directors will propose Mr. Dallara as a new board
member and Vice Chairman of the board of directors of Partners Group Holding
AG at the annual general meeting of shareholders on 2 May 2013. Mr. Dallara
has been the Managing Director of the IIF since 1993 and recently announced
his intention to step down from this position after developing the institute
for close to twenty years.

Charles Dallara is one of the globally most recognized authorities in the
industry. The IIF has expanded substantially and won significant recognition
under his leadership. It has been involved in numerous highly publicized
initiatives, including the voluntary debt restructuring agreement between
private creditors and Greece - the largest debt restructuring in history -
which Mr. Dallara personally co-chaired. Prior to assuming his role at the
IIF, Mr. Dallara held a number of senior positions in the Reagan and Bush 41
Administrations.

Appendix: Curriculum Charles H. Dallara

Charles H. Dallara is the Managing Director of the Institute of International
Finance (IIF), an association of over 480 global financial institutions.
Previously, he was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan & Co. (June 1991 to July
1993). In addition, he held the following positions in the Bush 41 and Reagan
Administrations: Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Policy Development
and Senior Advisor for Policy to the Secretary of the Treasury (Presidential
appointment, 1988-1989), United States Executive Director of the IMF
(1984-1989), and concurrently as Senior Deputy Assistant Secretary of the
Treasury for International Economic Policy (1985-1988), Deputy Assistant
Secretary of the Treasury for International Monetary Affairs (1983-1985) and
US Alternate Executive Director at the IMF (1982-1983). Mr. Dallara is a
member of the Council on Foreign Relations and serves on the International
Advisory Board of the Instituto de Empresa. Additionally, he is a member of
the Board of Overseers of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy of Tufts
University. He holds a Ph.D. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy,
Tufts University, a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South
Carolina and served as a US Naval Officer for four years before pursuing
graduate studies. He is married to Peixin Li Dallara and has three children,
Stephen, Emily and Bryan.
