Adecco invites its employees, associates and clients to run 12 times around
the world to help young people get a better start in life and work

Zurich, January 17th, 2013. Adecco Group, the world's leading provider of
Human Resources solutions, opens up its global Win4Youth sports initiative for
thousands of Adecco associates on top of all employees and clients, who
throughout 2013 will run and raise money for organisations that have a clear
focus on educating and finally integrating young people into the labour
market.

Adecco's Win4Youth programme - a global sports initiative - is entering its
fourth year in 2013 and opens up participation to include all Adecco
associates on top of Adecco's 33.000 employees and all its clients, who have
already been collecting money for young people in the past three years.

Win4Youth is a global programme designed to actively live our values and to
support young people by improving their future chances of entering the job
market, offering training, education and skills development. For all the
kilometres covered by every employee, associate or client, Adecco Group has
committed money to selected youth projects around the world. In 2013, the
donations are allocated to organisations in Colombia, Italy, Thailand and
Belgium.

After running in 2010, cycling in 2011, and triathlon in 2012, the Win4Youth
programme 2013 goes back to its roots, concentrating on achieving 500.000
kilometres or even more on foot, i.e. by walking, by running or in wheelchair.
After Kim Clijsters in 2010, Eddy Merckx in 2011 and Marc Herremans in 2012,
the inspirational godmother of Win4Youth 2013 is Florence Gravellier, a
colleague from Adecco France and the six-time French Champion in wheelchair
tennis and two-time Paralympic bronze medallist.

The climax of the year for the Win4Youth programme will be the highlight event
in November, when 70 Adecco employees will run the Classic Marathon in Athens,
i.e. a challenging 42.195 km for every participant. Florence Gravellier
summarizes the mission of the Win4Youth programme as follows: "It is amazing
to experience and support the energy and spirit of Win4Youth - a global effort
that not only brings thousands of people together for sports, but makes a real
and lasting impact on young people's chances in the world of work. Everyone
and every kilometre makes a difference!"

In order to further boost the impact of the programme, it is now also possible
for the wider public to donate directly via the "Donate Now" function on the
