financial results for the fourth quarter and full-year of 2012 after
the close of trading on the NASDAQ market on Wednesday, January 30,
2013. This will be followed by a conference call with the financial
community on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at 8:00 AM U.S. Eastern
Standard Time (2:00 PM Central European Time).
