BETHESDA, Md. (January  15, 2013)  - Coventry  Health Care,  Inc. (NYSE:  CVH) 
announced today that  it will  release fourth quarter  2012 financial  results 
before the market opens on Wednesday, February 6, 2013.  Given the August  20, 
2012 announcement  of the  definitive agreement  in which  Aetna will  acquire 
Coventry, the Company  will not  be hosting  a conference  call following  its 
fourth quarter earnings release.
