CGI refreshes its brand to reflect its expanded global presence and
service offering 
All former Logica operations will now go to market as CGI

and business process services, today launched an updated brand to
signify an historic milestone3/4the doubling of its size and
geographic footprint following the close of the Logica transaction on
August 20, 2012. The combined company has approximately 72,000
members in more than 40 countries and approximately C$10 billion in
annualized revenue. 
With the integration of Logica well underway, the combined global
company will begin going to market under a unified CGI brand. The
latest evolution - the 5th in CGI's 36 year history - demonstrates
the effectiveness and consistency of the CGI strategy and business
model. It includes updated messaging and visual identity platforms to
demonstrate its presence, its enhanced service capabilities and broad
domain expertise around the world.
