NEW YORK -- January 11, 2013

Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc., a full-service investment bank that specializes

(NYSE: KBW), announces the following change:

Effective prior to the opening of business on Wednesday, January 16, 2013,
City Holding Co. (NASDAQ: CHCO), a member of the KBW Regional Banking Index
(KRX^SM), will undergo an increase in shares due to the completion of its
previously announced acquisition of Community Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: CFFC).
