Through this program, it plans to develop and market a version of RBM’s Visual Merchandising Manager (VMM) Mobile solution for retail clients using SAP solutions. VMM Mobile for SAP solutions is scheduled to be available in the second quarter of 2013. VMM Mobile for SAP solutions will enable retailers to further ensure their displays and fixtures are being presented appropriately, following guidelines from headquarters that are specific to each store’s location. The app will give store managers an easy way to report issues and deliver compliance in real-time and capture photos of fixtures for validation of proper execution. Retailers can also deliver employee training and instructional videos directly to tablets through VMM Mobile. RBM plans to define the integration between SAP for Retail solutions and RBM’s VMM solution using key components of the SAP Mobile Platform.
