Health Platform and Peer Support for Growing Medicaid Population

OneHealth™ Solutions, Inc., the leading behavior change company improving
health outcomes and the cost of care management for patients, providers,
payers and employers, announced an agreement with Cenpatico®, a managed
behavioral healthcare company managing benefits for vulnerable and underserved
populations, to market and implement the OneHealth program for its Wisconsin
health plan. Cenpatico’s parent company, Centene®, is based in St. Louis, with
health plan operations in 18 states.
The agreement enhances Cenpatico’s ability to leverage industry-leading
behavioral change tools, and continues OneHealth’s expansion in the Medicaid

The program includes access to peer health coaches, community managers, expert
discussions, and live online meetings and group chats where members can learn
and interact with guest experts to drive positive behavior change.

will expand over time to include participation in OneHealth's complete Social
Solutioning® platform, which provides support and communities for a wide range
of chronic behavioral and medical conditions including depression, diabetes,
stress reduction, asthma, obesity and caregiver/family support.
