SANTA MONICA, Calif. -- January 8, 2013

Miramax, the independent studio with a renowned library of critically
acclaimed films, today announced that Joe Patrick has been named executive
vice president, Worldwide Television, and Beth Minehart has been named
executive vice president, Global Digital, reporting to Miramax interim CEO
Steve Schoch. Minehart will remain responsible for all digital initiatives and
sales across the company, and Patrick will remain responsible for all
television sales and initiatives across the company.

125 countries through both new and traditional platforms, and Joe and Beth

Patrick joined Miramax in March 2011 as SVP, head of Domestic Television &
Digital Sales, and was named head of Worldwide Sales for Miramax in September
2011. Before joining Miramax, Patrick served as executive vice president at
MGM Worldwide Television Group, and prior to that, Patrick was vice president
at MGM Domestic Television. Earlier in his career, Patrick served as vice
president at MGM Television Europe, and he started his career at MGM in
Distribution Services in International TV. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts
from Michigan State University.

Minehart joined Miramax in August 2011 as SVP, Global Digital. Prior to that,
Minehart served for more than 14 years in several senior roles at NBC
Universal, most recently as executive vice president, International New Media,
and prior to that, as a senior vice president with roles in Corporate Business
Development and International Sales Strategy. Earlier in her career, Minehart
served as director, Worldwide Pay Television and Pay-Per-View at 20^th Century
Fox Film Corporation. Minehart received an MBA from Harvard University and
received a BA from University of California, Los Angeles.
