Novae Group plc
Intention to purchase 6.50 per cent Bonds due 2017 (XS0762434099) for
cancellation
Novae Group plc ("Novae" or the "Company") has £59,935,000 in principal amount
of 6.50 per cent Bonds due 2017 (the "Bonds") currently in issue with a
maturity date of 27 April 2017.
Novae intends to purchase up to 12.5 per cent of the currently outstanding
principal amount of the Bonds, subject to price and terms, for cancellation,
commencing on 7 January 2013 and ending on the day prior to the announcement
of the Company's results for the 12 months ended 31 December 2012.
This announcement does not, nor is it intended to, constitute an offer to
purchase nor a solicitation of an offer to purchase, any particular Bonds in
issue at any particular price or on any particular terms.
