Hospitals, Healthcare Providers to Benefit from New Premier Agreements for
Modular Casework, Storage Systems and Mobile Carts

The Premier healthcare alliance today announced new agreements for modular
casework, storage systems and mobile carts have been awarded to Herman Miller
Inc. of Zeeland, Mich; InterMetro Industries Corporation of Wilkes Barre, Pa.;
Lakeside Manufacturing Inc. of Milwaukee, Wis.; Neocase, a small business
enterprise, of Winston Salem, N.C.; Stanley Black & Decker Inc. on behalf of
its Innerspace divison of Kentwood, Mich.; and Steelcase Inc. of Grand Rapids,
Effective July 1, 2012, Lakeside Manufacturing, Neocase and Stanley InnerSpace
are available to acute care and continuum of care members of Premier.
Effective October 15, 2012, Herman Miller, InterMetro and Steelcase are
available to acute care and continuum of care members of Premier.
