Enel Investment Holding B.V. Confirms That It Released Its 2011 Consolidated and Separate Financial Statements and Filing With AFM

AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS -- (Marketwire) -- 12/21/12 -- Enel Investment Holding B.V. (EIH) confirms to have filed of its Consolidated and Separate Financial Statements, for the year ended 31th December 2011, with the Dutch Financial Regulatory Authority ("Authoriteit Financiele Markten") in accordance with article 5:25c of the Netherlands Act on Financial Supervision ("Wet op het financieel toezicht") on 24th April 2012.
