Rainmaker Announces Sale of Manila Call Center to Shore Solutions 
CAMPBELL, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/21/12 --  Rainmaker Systems, Inc.
(NASDAQ: RMKR), a leading global cloud e-Commerce company, today
announced the sale of its Manila call center to Shore Solutions, Inc.
on December 17, 2012.  
Rainmaker decided to divest its Manila call center, as the operation
no longer fits the long-term strategic plans of the company. For
continuity and continued reach in the region, part of the agreement
with Shore is to continue to utilize some of the key services we
utilize today.
