(NASDAQ:RGLS), a biopharmaceutical company leading the discovery and

it was included on the preliminary list of IPO additions to the Russell 2000®
Index to be effective at the close of the U.S. markets on December 21, 2012.

The Russell 2000® Index, a subset of the Russell 3000® Index, measures the
performance of the small-cap segment of the U.S. equity market. The Russell
2000® Index includes approximately 2,000 of the smallest securities based on a
combination of their market cap and current index membership.
